*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY PERIOD*
Purchases made between November 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 can be returned for a refund until January 31, 2020.
In order to best serve our customers, we accept returns on your cozyandcurious.com purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, unless otherwise stated or noted at the time your make your purchase.
All returned merchandise must be returned in unused, unworn and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. It must be deemed sellable by our warehouse employees. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Cozy and Curious discretion.
If the return falls outside of this time period, or if the item is worn, has been washed or is damaged, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
Refunds will be issued for the product purchase amount, less any discounts and/or promotions received. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
In the case of incorrect item(s) shipped or damaged during shipment, or if you would like to exchange your product, please contact our Customer Service team by email. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund and exchange information below.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)
To return your product, please send an email with your order number and reason for return. Once we authorize your return, you will need to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest using United States Postal Service (USPS) since they are the most cost effective for shipping to Canada. If you use a different shipping method, there may be brokerage and/or customs fees which you will be responsible for paying.
